The writing has always been on the wall for native Phoenician, Nicole Newman-Colter. Like many young girls, she kept journals and recordings of her life and as a young woman even began the manuscript for a book entitled “The Life of a Pastor’s Child”. Daughter of Bishop GreGory and Mrs. Cynthia Newman, like her parents, Nicole fondly called by her friends “Nikki” is innovative and creative by nature. Already intensely intertwined in her parents ministry, she decided to start the drama ministry once again after several years hiatus. Starting out, Nicole began directing plays that had been written by other artists. After realizing that under the inspiration of God, her “spin” on those plays actually changed the artist’s story, she began writing and producing her own plays and hence, another one of God’s stars is born. Starting her own Theater Company, Nicole is one of the few “women” in the field of Gospel Playwrights. Be on the look out and expect great things from this talented writer.

That play gave me chills. I’m really looking forward to Another Cinderella Story. Keep doing the work that God is giving you. I get excited each time I see how much you have grown as a woman, a mother and a christian. God is using you in a great way. Keep your ears tuned in to Him and not to them. Love the plays. Keep up this great work.
Hey Cast Love you all! Let’s stay prayerful, this play is a GOD THING, it’s not about us at all! Forgiveness is essential to salvation, this is a right now word to get people ready for his return. Don’t miss the opportunity to be used by God! Follow the direction of our Leaders, they have never steered us wrong! Don’t look at this play with your natural eye, but with the spiritual ones! God is going to destroy some yokes and break chains that have seemed impossible in the past! Nicole stay encourage this is the will of God for your life, as Sis Velma stated keep your ears and eyes on HIM and not them!

Hey Nicole,
Just want to say to you don’t worry one minute not even a second on haters. You’ve got a Dad, Mom and two brothers that love, support and believe in you. And you’ve got a church family that love, support and believe in you the same. We know that love conquers all and you got a lot of love coming your way! And too top it all off God that makes all things possible to you. Now all you need to do is stay in his will and he will make it all happen for you. The only one can stop you is you, and we won’t let you! I smell success coming your way.
Nikki I know I have said this before but I want to thank you for your obedience to the word of God you have moved me in a very special way. You have a gift that is heaven sent and you have not allowed the flesh to be glorified and because of your example I feel that this cast as grown into better christians and children of the most high. You know first hand that there is nothing like being annointed and sister you are that so please continue to seek God and hear is word and I have know doubts that you are going to be the first Nicole Newman-Colter and not Tyler Perry or any of the other play writers of today. I am so so proud of you and at this moment I am having a lifetime experience (misty eyes). Be blessed
Oh- My- Goodness! I can’t believe were done. This has been a great experience for me and I know for everyone else too. The love, unity and peace we had with this cast was incredibale. Nicole, you have inspired me to follow what God has for me too do, just like God did for you. You followed, were obedient, humble and I commend you for that Nicole. I really thank God for you beacuse you have been a blessing in my life. Your work is professional, motivating and most of all anointed! Love you Nicole and I hope to work with you again!!
